About Us

HappyFlex, LLC is a virtual call center headquartered in Columbus, OH.  We currently employ over 100 remote agents.  We are not a staffing service nor do we hire 1099 independent contractors. We have multiple clients that our Full-time and Part-time agents take inbound calls for.  We have positions for inbound customer service, medical transport scheduling, reservations, and inbound sales. At HappyFlex, our agents make their own schedules after the initial training period.  We are known for our flexibility that we afford our employees. We service calls 24/7, so agents can work days, nights, weekends, or a combination of all.  Our agents can make their schedule around kid's activities, doctor's appointment, special events, and anything else that is important to them.  The minimum hours that are required to be worked weekly is 15 hours. You get the ability to plan around your life and the stability to be an employee of a revolutionary company. Our agents are afforded the ability to work from home with just some basic equipment.  All that is needed is a pleasant disposition, a computer or laptop, a USB headset, a 32G flash drive, and high speed internet with ethernet connectivity.  Some projects have special requirements such as a dedicated phone line or dual screens. All specifics are discussed  prior to scheduling the training classes.
